Investment Activity Report Procedure

  1. The Investors (business actors) who have obtained a Business License, both those that have not produced commercial production and those who are already in commercial production with an investment value of more than Rp. 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million) are required to submit LKPM for the first quarter
  2. The Investors (business actors) who have not submitted the LKPM for the fourth quarter of 2020. To be able to immediately submit the LKPM for that period
  3. The Investors (business actors) who have business activities located in more than 1 (one) district/city, are required to submit LKPM for each project location (each_district/city)
  4. The Investors (business actors) who have more than 1 (one) business fields are required to submit LKPM for each business field;
  5. LKPM must be submitted online via SPIPISEhttp://lkpmonline.bkpm.go.id) by using the access rights granted by BKPM-RI or through the Reporting menu in the Online Single Submission system (https://oss.go.id).
  6. In the event that investors (business actors) cannot submit LKPM because they do not have access rights, then they can do the following:
  • The Investors (business actors) who do not yet have a NIB but already have a Permit Previous investment, whether in the form of business license, principle license, investment registration, investment registration, or other investment permits, to be able to immediately register NIB in the OSS system and enter the project with the permit into the list of business activities.
  • Investors (business actors) who do not have access rights can submit an application via e-mail to helpdesk.spipise@bkpm.go.id by attaching: 1) Company deed containing the latest composition of the Board of Directors; 2) Identity of the Board of Directors (KTP/passport); and 3) Power of attorney and identity of the beneficiary if the management of LKPM is authorized.
  1. LKPM must be submitted by including the person in charge along with the office phone number/mobile phone and e-mail that can be contacted
  2. The procedure for submitting the LKPM can be downloaded via http://lkpmonline.bkpm.go.id through the Guide menu for Using the Online LKPM System.
  3. For the company who does not report online LPKM yet, have to coordinate with the Institution related to Investment nearest to the domicile of company.
