Export

I. Application of Export

Requirements of Documents are as follows:

  1. Business Identification Number (NIB)
  2. Toward the certain Export must have a license are as follows Registered Exporter and Export Approval that published by Directorate General of Foreign Trade
  3. Confirmation of Tax payer Status concerning status valid:
  • Must be Done before the license of business in Export sector was gave to the Entrepreneur
  • Apply use Indonesia National Single Window System
    • Must Attach :
      • Individual Exporter : NPWP or NIK
      • BUMN and foundation : NPWP
      • Coorperative and Business Entity: NIB and NPWP

 

  1. And included Supplementary document with attach filled documents which contained in Appendix I Ministry of Trade Regulation No 19 of 2021 to Indonesia National Single Window System Indonesia National Single Window System.
  2. Have 2 conditions after the documents delivered:
    1. Incomplete / denied (the announcement at least 5 Work days counted since the date of Application has been received
    2. Complete / accepted: will receive Docoument concerning the information are as follows
  3. Listed Exporer :
  • NIB and Identity of Exporter;
  • Company Address
  • Valid date
  1. Expor Approval:
    • NIB and Exporter Identity ;
    • Tariff post / HS
    • Type / description of goods
    • Quantity and item unit
    • Loading Harbour
    • Expiry date
    • Expiration date

II. Amendment of Export Application

Can be done are as follows:

  1. MAXIMUM 30 Days count since the date of Amendment data with requirements which attach in Appendix I Ministry of trade Regulation No 19 Of 2021 and
  2. Will be done through SINSW with upload the related original requirement documents (If the documents are available in SINSW already, so it does not need to upload)
  3. The data of Legalization which are as follow:
    • Exporter Identity
    • Tariff post/ HS
    • Type / Description of Goods
    • Quantity and unit item
    • Loading harbour; and / or
    • Destination country

III. Extension of Export Permit Documents (Registered Exporter and Export Approval)

Can be done with:

    1. Apply the Application for Maxmum 7 (Seven) work days before the expiry date the last Exporter listed. (According to Appendix 1 Ministry of Trade Regulation No 19 Of 2021)
    2. Apply through SINSW with scan the orginial Requirements Documents into SINSW (If the documents are available in SINSW already, so it does not need to upload)
    3. There area 2 Conditions when the documents delivered :
      • Incomplete / denied (the announcement at least 5 Work days counted since the date of Application has been received
      • Completed / accepted: will received the related documents

IV. Cancellation of Export Permit Documents

Can be done are as follows:

    1. Do a cancelation towards the publishment, Amendment, Extension can use SINSW

*If the publishment, Amendment, Extension and cancellation can not be done through SINSW, it may be done use INATRADE (Information of Trade Sytem)
