  7. The Information of management structure and shareholders or capital for Foreign Investor company founders.
  8. The information of limited company of foreign investor.
  9. Photo copy IMB or building permit of Limited Company foreign investor
  10. Photo copy the evidence of us of the place of business
  11. Company Stamp
  12. The Original of Power of attorney ( Not copied )
  13. Complete production flow diagram with details as well as the production process from raw materials to finished products (for the industrial sector).
  14. The description of Activity and Service which provided ( for Services Business sector )
  15. Capital Statement

Submission of Principal Permit, are as follows :

  3. Power of Attorney in the condition of the management is over-handed to other parties who represent the company
